Cancellation Policy

If a tour needs to be cancelled due to Weather/Wind conditions or Public Health restrictions, participants will be contacted by BCP with 24 hours notice. The tour will be rescheduled or refunded.

With 48+ hours notice, there is no penalty to cancel or reschedule with a full refund.

Within 48 hours of the tour, a refund or rescheduling cannot be accommodated.

If a participant becomes ill or injured, a refund or reschedule will be considered. Please email info@bigcanoeproject.org.
