Big Gay Boat Ride

This is what out and about looks and feels like folxs! Big Canoe Project and Grey Bruce Pride’s 3 Big Gay Boat Rides were three big boatloads of fun. This all started with a casual mention that we’d be interested in staging a South Park themed float for the Collingwood Pride Parade years ago. Grey Bruce Pride stepped up big time to make the dream come true. We had so much fun pulling all that off that we just knew we had to actually paddle the canoe someday, not just ride around in it on a trailer! These events were made possible thanks to funding from Participaction’s Communication Challenge Grant.
